Hospitality tickets can be purchased at the following sales counters:
Important Notes.
- Limit of eight (8) tickets per order and 1 order per person.
- For any package that includes an opportunity to check out the pre-match day Captain's Run, we recommend completing the purchase by two days prior to the match day (October 24) to be provided with necessary information in time.
- We will provide you with details on match day activities via email. Coming to the stadium when the gates open to the public is recommended for those who purchased tickets the day before the match, just in case we are unable to provide you with details in advance.
- Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (loss, damage, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or forgot to bring, etc.).
- Please note that hospitality packages are not eligible for the resale service (Tiketore) as an announcement of such availability cannot be made for many people to see.
- Tickets will not be changed or refunded after purchase unless the match is cancelled.
- The match will be held rain or shine.
- No hazardous materials may be brought into the venue. No pets, with the exception of service, hearing, and guide dogs, are permitted.
- There is a dress code for the use of lounges, available with hospitality tickets.
- Please refrain from wearing the following: Shorts, open-toed sandals, flip-flops, distressed jeans, revealing clothes.
- To protect the turf in the pitch-side seat area, the only beverage you may bring into your seat is water. Please enjoy all other beverages in the lounge.
- Eating and drinking, as well as drinks in bottles and cans, are not permitted in the pitch-side area.
- To protect the turf, please refrain from wearing any shoes with heels, spiked, or rigid-soled shoes on the pitch-side seat area.
- Please note that you may be asked to remove earrings and other accessories during pitch activities.
- Please respect all other rules and regulations while spectating.
- Activities are subject to change.
- The time of lounge visits by the head coach and players has not yet been determined.
- The organizers reserve the right to ask any spectator to leave the venue should they deem that his or her behavior may cause inconvenience to other spectators.
- Smoking is prohibited in the stadium. Please smoke only in designated smoking areas.
