サンウルブズでは2019年に共同主将を務め、リーダーシップを発揮。スクラムだけではなくボールキャリーでも存在感を示し、今季パナソニック優勝の原動力になった。ハイランダーズではジョセフ HC、トニー・ブラウン ACのもとでプレーしているだけに理解度も高い。 He has demonstrated leadership as co-captain for Sunwolves in 2019 and showed presence not only in scrums but as ball carrier and was the driving force behind Panasonic Wild Knight’s victory at Top League 2021. He is good at comprehending the game, having playing under Jamie Joseph HC and Tony Brown AC for the Highlanders (NZ).
